Power Saturday

Too many late nights this past week caught up to me and I slept in yesterday and missed my workout, so I went in for a rare Saturday session to make it up.

It's been a full 4 weeks since I last did this workout. Wasn't sure what to expect, but it went OK.

No new ground, but not bad at all. Nearly a carbon copy of the last session.

Here's the 435 vid.

The 475 one still says it's processing, but it's been more than long enough. May need to re-upload tonight.

Thanks man.

Computer went into standby mode after I left the house and stopped uploading the second vid vid.

As soon as I woke it up when I got home it finished uploading, so here's the other vid:

475 x 1 with belt & knee wraps.

Nice man! 475 looked easy.

I like your gym. It looks nice and open. Where are you training if you don't mind me asking?

Nice paused squat FLEX.

Thanks

Was not easy. And thanks.

I'm embarrassed to say I train at Goodlife Fitness. I fucking hate it, but it's close to home and there are no real hardcore gyms left in my city anymore.

Sad state of the world.

They bitch at me for using chalk and making noise when I deadlift.

All the PTs are skinny little faggots or chubby girls. None of them know what the fuck they are doing.

Makes me rage.

But I go in at 5am and do my shit, ignore everyone, and get the fuck out.

I hear ya. The closest body building , powerlifting, strong man, fitness type gym is 100 miles from me. I go train there when I can. But it's a drive.

You live in Canada? Man I really wanna visit Canada. How do you like it if you don't mind me asking?

It looks really nice there.

Sorry for getting off topic.
