I have noticed that with other threads and speculate it is a program for the site, which bumps up old threads on or near the annual anniversary of the last post.
If you have a ez bar attachment at your gym hook it up to the upper cable. Hold it like you would be doing a bicep curl and push down keeping your forearms straight and elbows at your side making sure your knuckles touch your leg. Hope that makes sense.
I had the same problem when starting out. But someone showed me the reverse grip bench and then finishing off by just using the cable and doing reverse grip kick backs. But remember to extend out as much as possible.
Lol Chris! Just imagine carrying those around though Larry Scott said when his arms where fully bulked up at just over 20'' he had much discomfort with them.
