ON Double Chocolate Natty Peanut Butter Balls

I just whipped up a batch of these bad boys - its real easy and quick. I suggest you give em a try

1 cup Natty PB- I use teddy extra chunky
3 tbsp Buckwheat Honey
4 oz liquid Splenda/Sweet n Low
4-5 scoops ON Double Chocolate Whey Isolate
3-3.5 cups of Quaker Oats

Place PB, and whey in a bowl. Pour in 4 oz Liquid artificial sweetener, and add 3 tbsp honey. Mix thoroughly.

Add 3 to 3 and a half cups of raw oats. Use a strong spoon to stir in the oats as best you can.

Roll into 16-18 balls approx 1" in diameter.

These are best kept in the refrigerator

Serving size: 1 ball

Effective Carbohydrates: 3 grams plus 1 gram of fiber
Protein: 9 grams
Fat: 7 grams
Calories: 118 calories
Not including the optional 3 cups of Oats for the recipe.

( I copied from several different recipes and gave it my own touch and they came out pretty damn good )

Approx prep time: less than 10 minutes
