oldschools first attempt at a on-line log

had a decent quad/ham/calf workout. i say decent because i had to use the half-rack, im not to crazy about the pin settings and lack of catches..
squat-5 sets last 2 sets 445 at 4 reps and 3. my knee was cracking so i stopped short, but was still satisfying as to my below parallel!
sissy squats- 5 sets, 2 warm ups, then 25lb, 35lb, 45, lb. nice burns bros!
lying leg curls supersetted with leg extensions, 4 sets each, 65lb leg curls(getting less cramping!!) the whole stack at the leg extension machine, 225lbs... last set i stripped on each of the above mentioned...awesome!

seated calves, 4x15
standing front squat machine, 5x 10-15, last set 450x10, knee seems to be getting less wobbly, so i must be doing something right! 14 hrs later and im domsing like crazy!!!...id say 7 out of 10, i only got nauseous, no vomiting.

Strong squats oldschool. Nothing like leg DOMS to let you know that you nailed it. Good luck getting off the toilet :D

Decent lookin shoulder machine bro. I like how it has some side to side movement so keep the stabilizers involved. And nothing ever beats OldSchool brand Cinema!!!! Gixxer is gonna be psyched!!!
