Work was crazy yesterday so i didnt get to update this. Yesterday was leg day and i was a little apprehensive to hit them too hard after the snkle/calve thing the last few days. Cardio went great and i have been a sweating beast on GreatGunz HEAT. So i went a head and lifted legs light to start to see how it was going to feel. Surprisingly enough i guess i am fully healed, i got through all the leg machines without any pain. I still only lifted around 70% on my normal weight just incase. Today is my day off so i slept in a bit. I will be posting up a horriffic Back & Bi workout later on.

Today i was up earlier than normal so i took 2 HEAT and a scoop of Unleashed and had the most amazing Back day in the gym I have ever had. cant even count how many different workouts i did. Sweating up a storm, i was all over the gym. 4 sets of 10 or more on every back workout i could think of (out of what was available). I am going to have some serious DOMS.

Work has been really hectic the last few days so i havnt had time to get on here and update. My workouts heve been really intense latley. I have just been seriously focused and it seems to make me lift heavier than normal. I might just be pulling out of a plateau, i dunno. In the mirror it looks like i am leaning out well but its hard to tell when i look every day.

CARDIO LEGS AND ABS! I have gotten so used to doing cardio now that i feel like going longer and longer, i just dont have the time. Did an hr on the bike then destroyed legs and abs. My abs are all cramprd up now. I was almost to the point of throwing up while i was in the gym.

All the talk of supersets latly had me wanting to try something different today. Worked Bi's & Tri's.

HEAVY Preachers drop sets 12, 10, 8, 8
Dips till failure: 27
HEAVY Alternating Arms on the preacher drop sets: 15, 12, 10, 7
Dips till failure: 22
3 minute rest
HEAVY Tri Rope downs: 12, 10, 10, 8
21's w/ eazy curl bar on the cable
HEAVY Tri press downs w/ straight bar: 10, 10, 8, 6
Chin ups till failure: 15
Tri cable kickbacks: 15, 15, 12, 10
Dips til failure: 8

Sleeves have never been this tight on my arms before. I was getting that crazy look in the gym again...

Legs still having DOMS like a muthafucker so i skipped cardio today. Because of this i made sure to beat my chest into submission. Did far too many exercised to list them all but i left there feeling hyooooge so i took some pics and posted in the http://www.theironden.com/members-pics-videos/

Back Day! I have never pulled so many different angles in my life. 4 sets of everything, warmup, 4 heavy drop sets.

Upright rows
Lat pull downs
bent over rows
Face pulls from a high setting
Face pulls from a low setting
reverse pec dec

I was so expended that by the time i got to the pec dec, i was swinging the pussiest weight ever. LOL, looked silly but feelin HYOOGE!

Som i have been slacking bad on keeping this log updated cuz work has been really hectic. Trust that i have still been hitting the weights as hard as ever and sweating my ass off on the bike every day. Hopefully everything lightens up around here a bit so i can keep up on here.
