Day 7: I'm up 2.3 pounds average for the week. Husband said to me last night, "You're gaining a little bit of weight aren't you?" Yeah, you know that got the evil eye
until I realized that's what I want
. So my weight gain is noticeable. I looked in the mirror this morning and did one of my poses and almost started freaking out I was so excited! I can definitely tell I've added some muscle. I looked at a picture of the muscles of the leg and I've added some to my tensor fasciae latae (upper outer thigh). It's given me a wider look in my legs which is awesome for me, because I have a "blocky" shape and I'm looking to make my waist smaller with bigger legs and upper body... same goals as the rest of us. This muscle gain is only noticeable to me, I asked my husband and he doesn't see it. But man oh man, I was jumping up and down! If I keep up with these gains, it'll be worth every single pimple. Speaking of which, my acne regimen is working a little. I've calmed my back acne down a considerable amount so thank god for that! I have two deep pimples that hurt on my chin, but I'm hoping they don't break the surface and just calm down if I leave them alone, which I will. Saw some blonde stubble starting on my chin, I'll have to keep a closer eye on my face now that I've got all this extra hair growth. Another side I've noticed, I smell worse. My body odor is definitely stronger.. like I need a shower and all I did was sleep
