No More Eggs!!.... PLEASE!!

    Its a very simple recipe that can be prepped and cooked in less than 5 mins tops if you already have a pot of rice going. I have rice cooker and keep it running 24/7,

    I scrarmble together the whole eggs plus whites and cook them first with Pam until slightly runny. I get the pan very hot first to avoid sticking.
    Then add in 1 cup of jasmine rice, a little garlic, 1 tsp of keri gold and 1 tsp of maggi soy sauce and stir it all together.
    Cook it until eggs are completely done. Thats it.

    The amts of egg yolks and butter can be adjusted, but of course you wont have that full rich flavor if its reduced too much. That keri gold butter really adds in a lot of richness.
