Hi! It was suggested that I check the forum out and it seems like it has a great atmosphere with plenty of helpful lifters. I'm a female Powerlifter, have only been competing about 8 months. I train under a coach. My current numbers are 400/225/315 (please don't laugh at the DL it's my shame ).
I'm looking forward to learning from you all!..
