Read the 5-3-1 and sounds perfect for me and will deft give it a go but just not yet, I haven't hit a platu yet and still making gains so I came up with my own routine, still going to do 5 sets of 5 and ad 5lbs each work out but only squatting once a week and benching twice a week... Also adding just a lil acc work and one more day a week of training..... I just don't want to take weight off to start the 531 when I just finally got into some decent weight.... Once I hit that wall tho I plan to follow 5-3-1 to a tee... So what do you guys think of my routine? Not set in stone yet just a basic idea.... Changes,comments and concerns welcome.
Monday deadlift 1x5 or 5x1

Tuesday flat bench 5x5
