Same here.

sweet! I really like it. Feeling crazy strong right now.

I do westside with a conditioning workout added at the end (M-Tues, Thurs-F) Wed and Sat are oly days and are considered active recovery
since the focus is technique. Sunday is completely off.

Great pull dude, no major stalls and you sat back nicely.

3 things:

1. your quad development is pretty sick.
2. that music makes me want to puke.
3. tell the other crossfitters to give you a command instead of clapping and cheering you on. Not that it matters as you'll block it out when you're about to lift....but for the rest of us....

Nice lift. Congrats on the PR.

I would try and tone down the "yanking" as it is pretty significant there.
