Anyway Im happy to be part of this forum have heard good things, plus it looks like u guys have some great info here !!!
Ive been lifting for about 5 years and love it, just came off a 2 month layup where i did nothing but slouch around and be depressed, but Im back !!!
5 days in and I feel great !!!
