Fucking insane! The article I read earlier said that when the cop initially asked the guy to stop eating his face and back away that he looked up with a piece of flesh hanging from his mouth and started growling at the cop, before he continued to eat the guys face. Said he had eaten over 75% of the guys face, including both eyes, both ears, and his nose.
