Thanks man, I'm enjoying really turning this store around. My goal is to be one of the top three performing stores and I'm already not that far off from that :food-snacking:

When I took over we were ranked 20th overall out of 26 stores nationwide. In the space of just 6 weeks we have moved up to 6th place, that's some heck of an improvement. Increasing the stock levels hugely (still a work in progress) and getting rid of a negative staff member has made all the difference ~ the store is buzzing right now.

Thanks BI, kicking butt now and really starting to make up some solid ground. I think it's pretty clear to see that once we start coming into growth we'll easily be positioned as one of the top 3 stores in NZ...

Customer service is my #1 focus, I want to give every person that walks in an amazing experience and quite often after spending a good amount of time with some of the men that walk through our doors they'll often shake my hand when they leave. It's such a satisfying job ~ if you can even call it that

When I took over in December the store was slipping backwards each month but I could see the potential for growth; I've invested an extra $80,000 worth of stock onto the shelves over the last six months. We are carrying a little over $150,000 worth of product now, so when you have that amount of stock on hand combined with knowledgeable, passionate and well trained staff you're not really going to go too far wrong.
