Training has been going well lately, a good bunch of hill runs and some longer runs out on the road
Goal for 2015 is to be more consistent with my training... and that's off to a good start. Have so far ran every day this month...
Jan 1st: 21.3km hill run + 2,343ft elevation gain
Jan 2nd: 13km
Jan 3rd: 17km
Jan 4th: 30km
All on track for a 50km R18+ extreme mountain run in a little under 3 weeks time MF.
