My comeback

I my self was like Mr. 500. I had my intestine burst and almost didn't make it . 3 surgeries later and having to wear a colostomy bag for 7 months I lost everything. from 310 down to 230. I am now on my way to getting my self back in the gym. Good work Brother.........
