ok gonna break it up a bit here is background
had knee and back issues for long time
went down in OCT NOV DEC of 2011 for knee replacement--last year had 4 spinal blocks--working my way back
I work 60-70 hrs a week so I like woprkouts short and to the point--obviously lower body lifts not up to snuff-YET!
will log lifts and lbs used
not diet not keeping track of that __ too much work to log all that lol
will post starting pics and hopefully set every 2 weeks for progress
