we all know that we have tried a supplement in the past OTC that we thought would give us promising results. in your own opinion what product have you tried that is just WORTHLESS

Currently on the market I'd vote kre alkalyn, repeatedly shown to be no better than mono yet WAAAAY more expensive.
Beef protein...good idea bad result...that shit does not sit well with most
99% of pre workout supps
anything that trys to use a real steroids name to sell product
