ok, first of all, I think a 15 day half life for a decanoate ester is wrong. That's probably the same "list" that puts Cypionate at a 9-11 day half life....which is a joke. If that was true, it would take much longer for things to kick in than they really do. Just to be clear, half life covers from the moment of injection up until the levels reach "half" of what the peak plasma levels reach. If that took 9 days then we'd all be fucked....in the ass.....hard....with a turkey baster.....every weekend..... like osiris
Another thing.... "peak levels" do not occur halfway inbetween injection and first half life. Peak levels hit before the halfway point in time. The shorter the ester, the quicker the peak. The levels fall off slower than that. So tell me WHY everyone is so concerned with "half-life" when it's the peak levels we should be worried about. Half life is important in determining how many times to pin each week and when to start PCT. But to think that it doesn't kick in until you reach a certain amount of half-lives is dumb.
Frontloading... enables you to reach a higher peak much quicker and maintain a higher level throughout the cycle than you would have been able to achieve by just hitting your normal twice a week pins for mid length esters. Also, for those of you who like to pin Deca and other long esters twice a week, if you look at charts concerning concentration levels within the blood it actually makes more sense to inject only once a week, you will be able to achieve a higher concentration that way. It's like filling a glass of water 4 inches high and boiling it and waiting for it to evaporate instead of filling it once with 2 inches now and once with 2 inches later. The 2 inches you put in later will NOT reach the height of the cup you originally filled with 4 inches.... it's science, just ask Ron Burgundy
Finally, the roid calc IS a guesstimate. The thing we should know about all calculators and algorithms that have slight inaccuracies is that those inaccuracies become much more evident as time goes on and more variables become involved. Sure, it's probably pretty close in the beginning, but that's not really the most important point in time. You want to end your cycle strong, so you'd like to ensure levels are great until the end. But, in all honesty, if it took 7 weeks to achieve "peak" levels and myostatin inhibition happens after about 7-9 weeks.... I dunno, you think that's worth it???? Look at this study....

My recap thoughts...
1. frontloading is good
2. myostatin sucks
3. take your half-life and shove it
4. stop bashing decanoate
5. Run 8 weeks long ester, finish with prop or acetate
6. You shut your mouth when you're talkin to me
