The only way you "shit your pants" with milk is if you have issues with lactose in which case I wouldn't recommend it either. gatorade here costs more than milk though.

I just bought a few of those cans on sale as i use powerade and bcaas during workout but with gatorade on sale it was close enough.

When I returned to the gym, I found that as I started drinking more milk and taking whey, I would get terrible gas/bloating.

After a few months, it seemed to settle down and got much better. I think with milk products, if you dont consume them much, you become more lactose intolerant. Now that I drink as much as I do, it does not bother me at all. It took a little while though.

Best gains I ever made I drank 1.25 gallons of milk a day. 27lbs. Put 1.5" on my arms. When I cut, most all of it had been muscle. Was running 400mg NPP, 600mg test. Best cycle ever. Milk can be a plateau breaker.
