Training 'squats for reps' later, probably will be tonight by the time I get the chance to make it to the gym.

Looking forward to it, just making sure I get a solid day of food into me.

You can easily hit your goal. It's going to come from your squat going up. Are you working on squatting with a wider stance?

Thanks BI, I'm confident that I can too. Wider stance, yeah a little but not much TBH. I've been doing a lot of mobility work, dynamic stretching, foam roller, ITB massage etc but it hasn't really made that much difference. I can go wider but still can't quite hit depth, and when I do squat wider I get sore hips for the next few days. So I'm kind of thinking it's just not going to happen and I'm better focusing on what I can do with the widest stance I can do.

I am keeping up with all the stretching and mobility work though, that kind of stuff is valuable regardless.
