Its ok brother. I was relieved it was only one plate. You are a beast. I have 4 sets of 30 reps in POB's plan on Wednesday. Wonder how many...if any plates I will use...

I saw the Christmas tree at first I thought...this brother leaves his tree up all year because I saw the nice weather.
