So when will you start killing the tyrants?

Regardless of what you think of the bullshit interpretation its still the law.
We do get convicted by what the law says, not what you think it should say.
When they crash into my house without knocking.

When I get pulled over the police station shows up. My profile shows me showing aggression toward police officers.

My story is somewhere on this board.

I'm an outlaw. Wake up, so are you.

You're a nasty dirty criminal. What you consider personal use amounts are legally considered intent to distribute.

I don't even know why I respond to you. You're probably a cop yourself.

Lol, rant? ok. Try reading it again. I'm pretty clear about the tie between immigrants that come here from liberalized countries like the UK , where it is illegal to even own a bb gun without registering it. Most of you are actually ok with that and don't think Americans should be allowed to own firearms, ie: Piers Morgan. Liberals always point to Europe as the model we should follow. It's clear from your statements, point of view, that your ok with gov't holding power over you. Americans prefer we hold the power over gov't. Here we don't think cops should have the right to bust your door down. The whole 'A Man's Home is His castle thing''??
Read #4 of The Bill of Rights as 69 pointed out

I still dont see what your rant has to do with the subject.
Who pointed to Europe in this thread and said thats what we should follow?

There are plenty of European countries with guns. I have owned guns in more then this country.
I really dont think you know shit about Europe so you shouldnt bring it in to conversation.

Obviously this country think the cops should have the rights to bust down the door..
Its been tested many times in court and its still common practice. YOu might not like it but it makes no difference.

Please point out to where I said I was ok with the government to hold power.

I have only refereed to the common practice of the law and what the supreme courts has ruled.
You on the other hands is only speaking from an emotional state.

Well Hell!! If the Courts sided with the cops and your cop buddy says it's ok then it must be ok!!

69 I would have thanked your posts but Im all out!!

If you read what I wrote instead of making shit up you will see that I said nothing about him being ok with.
I just wrote what he said about announcing them self when they enter. The reason I brought it up should be obvious if you actually read the thread.

Its been plenty of cases about this. Whatever you think about the rulings are irrelevant to the case.

Why wait?
Start now.

I must be a cop since I disagree with you.

What do I consider to be legal amounts?

Keeping it outside the personal makes keeping to the thread easier. PM if you must.

Years ago, after a hard days work I was having a couple Buds with a neighbor on his porch. A sedan zips into the next door driveway, the occupants looking crazy cuz the have black balaclavas on in dead on summer.

Boom a raid. the 20 year old kid got caught with a bong. Guns drawn, we heard the door CRASH open. A casual user, his landlord called him a drug kingpin- to be able to evict him and move a daughter -in -law in. ****er was trussed up and white as a sheet. For NOTHING.

Militarization of LE is no joke. We have a Constitution.

Interested in how this plays out, but can predict the end... Sadly.

I consider a cycle personal use.

Legally it's intent to distribute.

Law isn't reality.

You have cop friends, you're always defending asshat cops and preaching compliance.

What kind of person commits felonies but preaches compliance?

You said "What you consider personal use amounts are legally considered intent to distribute. "
So what do I consider personal amount?

The law is reality, your opinion is nothing but your opinion.
The reality is when you get caught you deal with what the law says not what you think it should say.
When an issue has been through the court from bottom to the top, the ruling is the law.
Does not matter how much you dislike it or think its unconstitutional.

I have several cop acquaintances. You think all cops are asshats but I happen to like a few of them.
I am not preaching compliance I am talking about what the law says. It seems you are only talking about what you want it to be.
Personally, I dont give a shit what you do or what laws you break as long as it does not affect me.

Honestly, Im not so sure its a slam dunk conviction.
He has a VERY good attorney.
The case will probably hinge on two things-was the gun legal (attorney says so) and two was he aware they where law enforcement.
State law is clear, you can use deadly force to defend yourself against an unlawful order from law enforcement. I dont think that will come in play.

If you guys are pissed at your government and pissed at the way they use the laws stop writing about it on here, get off your ass and go and do something about it. Nobody reading this on here is going to go and change things for the better for you, you need to take action if you really give a shit, otherwise you're just another keyboard warrior bitching about things on a forum from the safety of your keyboard.

All of that has already been ruled on by the supreme court on both state and federal levels.

A no-knock warrant is legal and found constitutional both by Texas state and federal supreme court.
The police requested and got a no-knock warrant. The abuse of such warrants is a different issue.

This guy got one of best attorneys around here.

The officer who got killed is the one who requested the no-knock warrant. Some irony to that.

The numbers as officers who got killed or injured since the no-knocks became common practice has gone way up, so its not like this incident is a huge surprise.

I spoke to a former SWAT officer (he has moved up in the police) about the silent entry as some claim and he said has never happened on any entry he has been a part of.f
He said they make as much noise as they can. It starts with the ramp at the door and they enter announcing them self loudly. He said they want the occupants to know they are the law.
He also said he seriously doubt the entry team did not announce them self as the law but of course he has no way of knowing.
Highlighted below: Seems by this answer you're on their side ie: defending, trying to explain their actions.

You seem to be highly emotional to read all that into it. I'm merely pointing out cause and effect . Britains stance on firearms as well as ''free speech'' are frightening to Freedom loving Americans. It's spread to Canada as well, creeping socialism , big brother gov't. I think if you calm down and read what everyone is saying you will see it all ties together. Cause and effect

This is pretty much everyones point here, MK. No need to get angry. I'm just pointing out the ''watering down'' of the Beliefs America was Founded on , the watering down appears in votes and it effects our laws and personal freedoms. More dependent on gov't the more votes BIG gov't gets = more power over our daily lives= loss of personal freedoms

Lol, you know as bad as all that sounds 69, you're speaking truth. With all the laws plus another new 43,000 new ones this year EVERYONE at some point in the day is a criminal. Gov't looks at law abinding citizens as the problem, enemies
