LK's Second pork shoulder

I know not to get that cut again, bone in the middle of the shoulder, didn't pull apart nicely, came off in chunks and I had to chop it.
Ive been smoking mine for 4-6 hours lately and finishing them in the oven at 250-275 until about 200 degrees internal temp pulls apart real nice. Have done more than one with the bone in the middle. Not sure if that will help might be worth a try. Food looks delish tho good deal.

that's a damn fine looking piece of meat! Oh shit, that didn't come out right.....

Might be the cut used for pulled pork.

Looks delicious I could dig into the shoulder or the ribs or both.....I have a smoker brand new lol 10 years old:p

I can't wait for it go get nicer out so I can enjoy a nice cigar while I smoke, been pouring the last 3 times I used the freaking thing!
