Strands? Go to the supermarket man... OR if you wanna go hard... Track down a catering company or someone who well wholesale you the 5 gallon paint buckets full of em.
Larger Grocery stores or Big Box Stores (Like Costco or Sam's Club) will have cartons in larger sizes. Not sure if you have those stores in the UK but I drink at least 1 x 16oz carton a day. Eggs are superior to whey IMO.
1. get liquid eggwhites, not liquid eggs. you'll notice that the liquid eggs don't have yolks, its just eggwhites with dye and flavoring added. gross.
2. get pints of them by the case at Costco. mad cheap
3. put a pint in a shaker cup and then add like a cup or half cup of milk. shake. the shaker cup makes it no longer goopy, and the milk flavor, as small as it is, outweighs the eggwhite flavor. this is ~58g protein
