PRO TIPS
1. get liquid eggwhites, not liquid eggs. you'll notice that the liquid eggs don't have yolks, its just eggwhites with dye and flavoring added. gross.
2. get pints of them by the case at Costco. mad cheap
3. put a pint in a shaker cup and then add like a cup or half cup of milk. shake. the shaker cup makes it no longer goopy, and the milk flavor, as small as it is, outweighs the eggwhite flavor. this is ~58g protein
