Hello you lovers of iron. First I am not a competition lifter or BB. I am 48. 2 years ago I was soft and fat and decided to make some changes. Walked and dieted lbs off and then began strength training. BP was 160 when I started and now I recently hit 400, 405 to be exact. Not shredded but stout. BF 18-20%. Like to get that down a little but since I was 35% I'm not too concerned with it. I just enjoy lifting. I'm gonna pick your brains from time to time and thanks in advance for your patience and advice.
