Hello you lovers of iron. First I am not a competition lifter or BB. I am 48. 2 years ago I was soft and fat and decided to make some changes. Walked and dieted lbs off and then began strength training. BP was 160 when I started and now I recently hit 400, 405 to be exact. Not shredded but stout. BF 18-20%. Like to get that down a little but since I was 35% I'm not too concerned with it. I just enjoy lifting. I'm gonna pick your brains from time to time and thanks in advance for your patience and advice.

Welcome Lifter. Enjoying your back-n-forth in the Eq thread you launched. When you say "I heard," are you referring to f2f encounters in the gym, or on other boards, or ... ?

Mainly other forum discussions when I googled Eq cycles. You know how it is when it comes to cycles. Everyone has their preferences. Some like high test, some like low test ect. We all just react differently.

Going from a 160 BP to 4 plates in that time is impressive, especially at your age.
