34 male, 163 pounds 5’6 tall, somewhat fit. 77 pushups 2 minutes 100 sit ups 2 minutes. 12:34 1 1/2 mile run. I’ve been researching supplements mostly the kind you get from underground labs. Real close to pulling the trigger. Not sure where to start. Gonna get on here and do some research. Sup
