Halo and I were just talking about this today. Honestly just trying to get stronger. I am looking to be at 1650 total on 3 lifts by May. 650 Squat, dead 550 and 450 bench. currently in the 1500's somewhere. This program will break a lot of barriers for sure. This is the first time I have ever hit bench and squat in the same day let alone doing bench all 3 days. This is brutal by every means on my body. I will say this though my legs are exploding. This is such a high volume but also at a high weights. so far Halo and I have not broke 80% 1rm, and when I set them up I set out 1rm a little lower because of the volume. I know one thing and that is my body is being turned upside down for sure....so tell me JB, what are you hoping to gain at the end of this program? are you trying to break a plateau or are you just crazy and want to punish yourself?

jandj0821 I thought you were already pulling in the low 6's right now. That 450lbs bench is my long term goal. I'm a bit leary to even go for that for a long long time.
