Halo and I were just talking about this today. Honestly just trying to get stronger. I am looking to be at 1650 total on 3 lifts by May. 650 Squat, dead 550 and 450 bench. currently in the 1500's somewhere. This program will break a lot of barriers for sure. This is the first time I have ever hit bench and squat in the same day let alone doing bench all 3 days. This is brutal by every means on my body. I will say this though my legs are exploding. This is such a high volume but also at a high weights. so far Halo and I have not broke 80% 1rm, and when I set them up I set out 1rm a little lower because of the volume. I know one thing and that is my body is being turned upside down for sure....

Your "Deads to Knees" are I'm assuming what we call Pulls to Knee. You pull the bar to the knee and than lower it right? How do you like those? They're brutal. That's actually a very popular Olympic Weightlifting Assisting Lift.

jandj0821 I thought you were already pulling in the low 6's right now. That 450lbs bench is my long term goal. I'm a bit leary to even go for that for a long long time.

no I wish i was just squats are in the 6's. Right now I am just working on form and no straps. Thats why I really wish I had a ppowerlifting gym near. All my squats are deep and full ROM and pause at the bottom. I am still a little nervouse on bench with my shoulder but its doing alot better.

Killer work brother, this shit seriously is punishing, I have done nothing in my life that compares to this beat down. The volume I've done the big lifts I've done, the volume with big lifts and doing repeats of bench and squat on the same day and hitting them three times a week... Hellz no never it's new ground for me and each workout is a little more frightening then the last. Finally had to ask for a spot today with my snapped humerus I sometimes get a little funky coming out from the lift off which subsequently make it a little unstable on my first down movement strange enough I'm good after the load and motion get translated to the arm once same problem with a few movements.

ATW, My hope is to survive I'm sure I'm getting bigger and stronger by the day but I really just want to make it through this in one piece.

Yeah I feel u brother! Never been in this situation before. Kinda cool though in a sick kinda way. Lol what else would u expect!!!
