Thanks ii! I have thrown the straps away. Raw brother. My grip was shot. At the beginning I thought I underestimated my max. Nope sure didn't it killed. I am maxed out this week at 75%

i have much respect for you and halo and the absolute hell you put your bodies through on a daily basis! damn!

im off to amputate a leg and will be thinking of how to make my workout a teeny tiny bit impressive like yours!

I was actually considering taking down my lift session times down a notch, but I like the look of these programs. Great strength training right there. Just the rest time between sets will really eat up the clock.

Lmao 600 huh! Brother I just finished week 1 it goes up but so does the weight. Halo does day 2 tomorrow. Can't wait to hear about that. Lol I will send u he program. Its 5 weeks and has the same concept as 5/3/1 with %. also it's 3 days. If you go back my last 3 workouts that is week 1
