Thanks II! BI has been pushing front squats and I decided to give them a shot. However instead of crossed arms going OLY style. Wrists were getting a beat down today
kudos for you for trying front squats. i think they are a great exercise but they kill my wrists! it is leg day for me today as well, i think. i am going to try and switch up my training to increase strength in my muscles that are lagging and preventing me from getting my 350# dl pull.
