Absolutely killed my tris today. I need to work on this left shoulder more. NOt sure if I lifted off wrong, didnt prepare myself right or just not focused like i should of. Next time I will smack it out. Just diddnt want to mess with it today. it bit me once before and I am not looking to have to recover again.

Animal! Ok just a thought, you titled your workout Chest and tri's and then you have the monster Krocs and lat pull downs I'm sure those are neither chest or tri's LOL.... Just say'n. Great work bro, I'm sure those chains are making a difference, shit just hauling those monsters out of the back room has to be a workout!!! Keep going bro, big days ahead!!!!

Under the 5/3/1 u do lats. Well I modified things alittle. Doing shoulders on wed with lats again. I'll give ya a call tomorrow and explain.

Did these OLY style close stance and I must say trying to get my wrist to go right was hell. It will be a growing pain on these but I can feel it. Left a lot on the table on these but It was all about form today and getting deep. Next week I will go up to the 225 and then go up 50lbs per week as long as the form stays solid.

Seated calf Raise
5 sets of 225/ 25 reps

Not a killer workout but the BB squats took a while with wrapping my knees and everything. Trying to break in the new inzer knee wraps and they are a total killer.

Impressive body of work with those back squats JB. Good solid approach you are taking with the front squats.

Thanks II! BI has been pushing front squats and I decided to give them a shot. However instead of crossed arms going OLY style. Wrists were getting a beat down today
