That is the best thing about the logs. You can find some true inspiration in reading these logs for sure. Diet is ok. not hateful. Pizza is my one downfall. lol But right now I am sitting at 270 and 15ish% @ 6 foot. I will increase my intake on the next F&D for sure. You have no choice, but size and strength come with it. Trying to take my protein back up to 320 again. just takes time.

i really like me some wide stance squats.

why the elevation with hacks and not regular squats?

It does 2 things for me. 1st destroys the calf muscles. and then 2nd it also protects the calves because I was scraping my calves bad with the BB and when elevated it happens much less. BB Hacks destroy your legs worse than the hack machine. Flat told me about elevating the heels. When he talks JB listens since he knows his stuff.

I did find that the wide stance squats have help the knee. Maybe mental but feels better..

3000 - 3500 most days. I am in the car business so eating is an issue. My biggest downfall is eating late at night. Halo and I joke all the time about pizza. cant get enough of it!!! lol...


Thats probably the worse thing I eat...

JB, great workout brother, man I can't imagine the the bands with squat now that I've been humbled by them on bench LOL... Keep killing it brother!

POB Halo and I are virtual spotters for one another. LOL I kick his and He kicks it back. When he Kicks mine so bad I Had to get him back by sending him the yellow strong bands....

Learned a little today. Last October I hurt my shoulder and haven’t been able to do DB shoulder press’s. So today I learned that my left shoulder is week as hell. When I tried DB today right side was great, left side was weak as ever. So I kept the weight light on DB’s..So I am going to concentrate on working a little extra on that side. Tomorrow will be fun I get to play with Suitcase Deadlifts. No reason why I like these but I do.

Suitcase Deads work the shit out of your intercostals, obliques, wrists, etc. They're brutal but I think they pay big dividends.
