sup fellas, havent been on much lately but after april 8th my life shuts down for the sole purpose of qualifying for nationals. ill be competing in my second show ever july 14th. right now im somewhere around 260 5'10" and can see my abs. arms are 21" and legs about 29" but look a lot bigger haha. all and all im sad to say im disappointed in my first official offseason. im not happy with my weight. i weighed in at 222 my first show. i was hoping for 235 for my next show but that doesnt look like its gonna happen unless i grow into the show pretty well. either way ill be posting pics and updates to keep my bros updated. thanks for all the continued support

whats up monster! great to see you again! even a 5lb increase in contest weight with same or better conditioning is considered alot. looking forwarsds to the new pic.
