Considering all things, cut yourself some slack right now. You need to be accumulating volume. Go as heavy as you can for the day and just get the reps in.

Deads looked good. The bench is tough with the Buffalo bar but you were coming loose in the last 2 inches on the way down.

What's up with the block pulls? Just out of gas?

They where the koklyev deads. I wrote block but I meant box. Did them slow and never touched to reset just constant tension. And yes I have been running out of energy through training.
