Nothing good recently. Felt like dog shit Saturday for squats. Hit 585 thought I was going to puke and moved into sldl for 605 single.

Tonight was not much better. Training a day early because of work. Not recovered and short on time so I thought I'd drop my reps in warm ups... That idea back fired

hit a 440 double then two triples at 405 felt ok
Bix squat went good but I bitched out also. Hit 595 on safety bar which destroyes me every time I get under it so this was good.
Overhead was struggling 230x5 on far bar then a set of 4 and 2. Dropped a few lbs and hit another set of 5. I think at 205

Can't figure out how to ****ing squat. Tonight I end up in a comercial gun with a small rack and bar and can't get into the position I normally do. Guess what... It's way ****ing better. Apparently I am forcing myself into a ****ed up position thinking I am in a good position. Will be focusing on this from now on.
No belt no wraps no nothing tonight left my bag at Halo's.

Not been here in a bit. So my test levels are in the dump I'm fat and weak as fuck. Gained 25 lbs in about a month. I went cold turkey and stopped all gear November 1. Now my test is at 161... I'm miserable but got into the doc and a referral for endocarnologist so hopefully I get on some real shit soon. Or at least a RX.

Flat bench- recently took my grip as wide as legally allowed to see if I could get my bench moving again. Used to grip the bar links inside the rings now gripping index finger on the rings.
