There are a couple of acronyms that I didn't see defined on the page maybe someone could help me with.

SERM = ?
GHRPs or GRFs = ?

I saw them in the one of the threads and I have no idea what they are.

GHRP : Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide

Not sure about the other two.

I'm still new to supplements. Especially peptides.

But I enjoy reading up on them.
