Rottenrogue: I will do one week hex bar dl, secound week classic DL? In hex bar more reps 8-10(4-5sets)explosive, classic dl 3x6,3x4(for real power)....anyone know if thats ok?

thanks jdjack!

today i m going to training some strongman events(log lift,apollon,dummbell) and a little push press,snatch and bench press.

For log lift i m going to do this program:

If you are training to do maximum reps with a set weight, load the log to a weight that is about 20 pounds lighter than the one at the contest. Do 8 sets of 8 reps with only 2 minutes between sets each week until it is too easy. Then you can increase the reps per set to 10 or 12 while still doing 8 sets. You will have to be your judge to decide when to increase your reps, and by how much.

My nutrition look like that

1.big shake(banana,whey 50g), fruits(cranberries)+vit&min
2.400g cottage cheese,nuts and some fruits
3.200g pasta/rice,400g chich brasts,vegetable+omega3
4:shake(carbs+bcaa) 30min pre workout
5.after work out: 50g whey+50g carbs+10g glutamin
6.400g chichen brasts+50g kuskus+omega3+glukozamin/ 400g cottage cheese,pb.
7.40g casein+glutamin(10g)

apollon axle(2 inch bar)-more like clean&jerk.

and some arm work

biceps: 4x10-each hand 30-60kg
triceps: 2x10 (50kg),2x10(60kg),2x10(70kg),2x10(80kg)

and straching and this is it for today

tommorow rest day.

Farmers walk 140kg
Yoke 300kg
car dl(mini van)
tyre flip 490kg

i will record and give you videos.
