I love both bodybuilding and lifting heavy and wanted to combine both. I spend a lot of time reading Jim Wenglers articles and 5/3/1 method as well as some Dave Tate thoughts on training and bastardized with a bodybuilding regimen that works very well for me.

I do cardio everyday for 30' after I am done with my lifting and abs twice per week. I try not to get above 135bpm. I might do some HIIT cardio once or twice per week.

The percentages change every week (wherever there are by 5-10%) and the 4th week is a deload week.

An example is this:

I would love to know what you guys think. I am doing this on a surplus of calories. I am currently 91kg (201-202lbs) with roughly 13% bf at 181cm. I am seriously thinking of competing in bodybuilding this May.

I like it but I would condense it/whittle it down. You have a lot of redundant lifts... ie. wide grip pulldowns, bent over rows, and db rows. All in one workout imho is to much. Put in 2 and rotate them in and out. This will help spark growth, keep things fresh, and make change things up.

Thanks man! I will just stick to bent over rows and wide grip pull ups and remove one exercise from the Chest day. What about the volume?

I'd drop at least 1 movement from each of the days. You have a lot of lifts that are repetitive. I would pick 1 or 2 at most and than rotate them after a period ie. 6-8 weeks.
