Hi There.
Not much sleep for me and my wife, both diabetic, i am type 2 and sleep on average of 4 hours a night,
my wife sleeps 3/4 hours she is type 1 diabetic.
We both work as well, i work 12 hour security shifts and my wife aprox 7 hours in a busy care home.
I manage to train 2 x times a week on my days off, i get 4 x days a week off so not too bad after all.
I have just purchased a Power Rack so i can try my best to train at home as well.
