i am prepping for a show next month so i currently eat 8x per day. while bulking counting my middle of the night shake and postworkout shakes i have 10 meals
Depends on what my meals are through the day and also depends on what time I take them. I'll sometimes supplement my food with protein shake but normally grab a shake with carbs as well if I need to eat but don't have time. Carb & protein shake after gym.
i eat every 1 and a half hours starting at 5am and the only big lul i have in the day is during training. instead of eating say 100g of protein and 100g of carb in each meal every 3 hours, i cut it in half and do 50/50. make sense? and that was just an example i consume more than that haha
I found that it I cutout carb after 4pm I will lose energy in next day morning workout. However, many say that we shouldn't absorb carb at night.
