Its easy to accrue 25+ vials just for personal use. I'm sure there are that many in our local pharmacy and the pharmacist refuse to sell even a single vial no matter who it is to.

It was sent from China, always a bad move because now because Customs and DHS, are really trying to crack down on any drug coming from china and India, or any other country over there. The only way drugs are getting through is if you register a business and specific address with customs, otherwise they are going to go through any box they suspect.
