How many people using 1.5-2-3 iu’s actually have any detrimental effects? Besides glucose which can be managed by metformin, cinnamon, citrus berg… and a few other glucose disposal agents…

do u find urself needing any kind of water reduxing pills or any other side effect management?

i know some have stated their polyps grew and other sides…

I think the biggest issue and scare is the RHR… resting heart rate rise and coupled with glp-1’s and people dont know how to combat this issue… both will raise your heart rates… how to combat this;

nebivolol vs telmisartan

Nebivolol and telmisartan are both medications used to treat high blood pressure, but they work in different ways. Nebivolol is a beta-blocker that reduces heart rate and the force of heart contractions, while telmisartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker that relaxes blood vessels to lower blood pressure.

And the one a lot are turning to is:

Ivabradine
: Ivabradine, sold under the brand name Procoralan among others, is a medication, which is a pacemaker current inhibitor, used for the symptomatic management of heart-related chest pain and heart failure. Patients who qualify for use of ivabradine for congestive heart failure are patients who have symptomatic heart failure, with reduced ejection fraction, and heart rate at least 70 bpm, and the condition not able to be fully managed by beta blockers

Thats IF u have a resting heart rate that has gone up a bunch and u dont know what to try and use to drop it…

Question

I may be oversimplifying this, but if my body produces about 0.25 IU's of HGH on its own each day, why do I need to be injecting a considerable amount more? Is it something that the liver process out or there's something else going on?

Where'd you find the 0.25 iu number? I've always seen 1-1.5 ius for us older guys.

I was using 4 iu ed for many months. Was not a good idea. swollen joints and such. Down to 1.5 iu ed and I feel great. I will say my skin may look better but 20 years of boxing has made my face a mess. I feel sorry for my wife or maybe she is just acclimated to it. I would say that a low dose with TRT dose of test is doing me just right. Well and 50 mg of mast E wk....and 20 mg of d-bol on leg days. You know, regular TRT stuff HAHAHA

I think because it declines with age, like we had a lot more when we were younger?

Here's the quote:

While a precise daily figure in International Units (IU) is not easily measurable for a healthy adult male, it is estimated to be approximately 0.2 IU per day. The total amount of growth hormone (GH) produced naturally varies significantly based on age, time of day, and other factors.

Another one said:

A number of factors are known to affect GH secretion, such as age, sex, diet, exercise, stress, and other hormones. Young adolescents secrete GH at the rate of about 700 μg/day, while healthy adults secrete GH at the rate of about 400 μg/day.

It's confusing and conflicting.

It seems like most guys here are saying we put out about 1 IU of HGH. So even at 2 IUs, we would be tripling what's in our body?
