It seems like most guys here are saying we put out about 1 IU of HGH. So even at 2 IUs, we would be tripling what's in our body?

i was told by my doc at one point to start at .5 of an iu… start slow and low… then slowly go to 1 iu after a few weeks to a month, then slowly go up to 1.1, 1.2, etc until i get to 2iu just in case i get wny sort of extreme sides such as headache or eye issues…

Yes some wont agree but me being me, my body is very sensitive to certain meds

I loved GH.
It did everything i thought Gear was gonna do but didn’t. I have had my gyno grow every time I used it though, from 2.5iu to 5iu.

you guys got me tempted to try 1.5iu. (I was always afraid anything lower than 2iu was defeating the purpose?)

It helped me get leaner while increasing calories. It helped recovery. I get stronger every week on it, and I don’t have to worry about over training as much. It kept me full in the right places.

I will say the ugl brands differ. They all worked great. But water retention was bad in my midsection on one brand.

taking before bed interrupted my sleep. But I grew fast on 2.5iu AM/PM

if you can get away with taking it, I think anyone is crazy not to.

i wonder about that 1.5iu though… Makes me wanna try it. I’ve got a fridge full…

Sleep health! I found some omnis in the back of my fridge this wk and at 2iu nightly my sleep hasn't been better since the last time I ran these.

I will always say the same thing, and I used pharma HGH for 10 years. Its great for keeping gains, great for injuries. And for me thats it. Now with peptides, I would not even think of it.

well I am 61 years old and I do not use peptides for body building, more for longevity and for current things like having gone 28+ orthopedic surgeries from motorcycle wreck. I like to cycle BPC 517, TB500 every two weeks, twice a year a 20 days cycle of Epitalon , SLU-pp-322, GHK-CU, 1mg either Tirz or Sema every 7 days, on HRT at 100mg a week, with 25mg Deca. I use 500mcg HCG every week of Do one cycle a year, 300mg Test a week, 300mg Primo, 50mg Anavar for 8 weeks. Double my Statin and Ezetimibe during that cycle for my lipids, PCT is 5,000iu every other week total of 20k IU. And at Sept. 1 I take 3 months off everything except Test.

It will vary person to person. When I first started it I used just 0.75 iu EOD and IGF-1 went from 100 ng/mL to 220 ng/ml. now I get that number on 1.5 iu EOD. 220 is a good number for someone in their 60s. It's top of normal range. It still raises my heart rate. I am very responsive to low dose GH. I get nutrient partitioning, fat burning and muscle fullness from that baby dose. I have gone up to 5 iu EOD and the effects are magnified but hart rate gets concerning. I may drop it for a month or 2 when my knee is healed.

The heart rate thing is why I have some Ivabradine coming in from India. Supposed to work extremely well with that

I do it in the morning. Carbs blunt the effect of GH (At least that is what I read) I train in the evening and I only consume carbs at dinner and just due to time constraints it is only an hour to 2 before bed. I have also found that it messes with my sleep. I am kinda wired up backwards. After surgery I was given pin pills. Doc said they would knock me out, NOPE... wired me. Same with some stims. I can relax and even sleep on adderall and vyvanse. Anyway, I feel it primes me for uptake of protein and because i am active, might burn a few more calories.

I was doing 4iu, Glyco recommended 1.5 iu. My side effects are WAY less and I feel better. I can tell no diff in effect.

Man that’s me exactly. On pm gh i found I woke up at 2:30 am fully rested and unable to go back asleep.

So far I’ve had gyno issues every time I’ve taken it, even with very low estrogen. Maybe 1.5 iu is low enough to get away with. I’m 42 and man it was a game changer for me

My sweet spot is 4 iu. No negative effects and all positive.

When I blast, I will work up to 18 iu EOD. Why EOD, because when I do 9 iu ED I get a lot of negative effects, but at 18 iu EOD they are barely noticeable. With retatrutide, SLU-PP-332 and MOTS-c the insulin/glucose issue is a thing of the past. I ran 18 iu EOD for 12 weeks with retatrutide and SLU-PP-332, my A1C went from 5.2 to 4.9 while eating 1500 calories over maintenance every day over that period. My doctor looked at me funny when he read my results and I was 27 lbs heavier, but my labs were improved. Haha.
