I think the biggest issue and scare is the RHR… resting heart rate rise and coupled with glp-1’s and people dont know how to combat this issue… both will raise your heart rates… how to combat this;
nebivolol vs telmisartan
Nebivolol and telmisartan are both medications used to treat high blood pressure, but they work in different ways. Nebivolol is a beta-blocker that reduces heart rate and the force of heart contractions, while telmisartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker that relaxes blood vessels to lower blood pressure.
And the one a lot are turning to is:
Ivabradine
: Ivabradine, sold under the brand name Procoralan among others, is a medication, which is a pacemaker current inhibitor, used for the symptomatic management of heart-related chest pain and heart failure. Patients who qualify for use of ivabradine for congestive heart failure are patients who have symptomatic heart failure, with reduced ejection fraction, and heart rate at least 70 bpm, and the condition not able to be fully managed by beta blockers
Thats IF u have a resting heart rate that has gone up a bunch and u dont know what to try and use to drop it…
