I'm John, I'm 35 and I've been lifting for @13 years. I've done alot of the regular routines and I'd like to find better ways to pack on muscle. I'm currently 210 lbs(6ft) and I have been as heavy as 230. I changed to a better diet to cut down fat, but I want to gain mass.(I don't eat enough calories in a day)
