Hey...
As a much younger man, I was an competitive football player and wrestler. Over the next 20 years, I focused on my career and
way too much fast food, and let myself go, to the point I was 5'9" and 285 lbs.
18 months ago, I decided enough was enough, and got back into the gym. I lost 100lbs in 10 months, and now I'm a 44 year
old competitve bodybuilder. I competed as a 175lb middleweight, but I'm now focused on adding 20 lbs of muscle so I can enter
a show in May as a light heavyweight (190lbs.)
I love the life, and am trying to learn all I can to look better everyday.
I look forward to reading and learning from so many experienced bodybuilders.
