watched that b4, great vid for sure wid. O'Hearn was the guest poser at my show, one large human for sure. I didnt know at the time he trained mostly as a powerlifter though!

Thats a very sweeping statement , I guess Josh Bryant at Metro-Flex and others are chopped liver . Also Golds in Venice is hardly your run of the mill commercial gym!

Metro Flex, although commercial and open to the public is a far cry from most commercial gyms though, it's pretty fucking hardcore.....


Who trains at Golds-Venice though? I thought it was just the bodybuilding holy land.
