jd66 Member May 31, 2012 80 1 May 1, 2014 #51 update. Bought myself a squat rack for home, an olympic weight set and a flat/incline/decline bench. New 1RM are: flat bench 200, squat 275, deadlift 305. getting there slowly. Weight is still around 173-175 range...
